Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Kelantro ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Kelantro is software for lead generation, contact management, email sequencing, and outbound workflow automation, including AI-assisted features.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
  • You must be legally able to enter this agreement.

4. Acceptable Use and Compliance

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unlawful or deceptive communications.
  • Send spam or outreach that violates applicable law (including anti-spam and privacy laws).
  • Use contact data without appropriate rights or lawful basis.
  • Upload or process highly sensitive data without appropriate legal basis and safeguards.
  • Bypass usage limits, suppression controls, or security controls.
  • Interfere with or reverse engineer the platform except where law permits.

You are responsible for your campaigns, legal compliance, consent/lawful-basis requirements, and honoring opt-out requests.

5. Unsubscribe and Do-Not-Contact

The Service includes suppression and do-not-contact mechanisms. You agree to use these features in good faith and not circumvent opt-out protections.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Free and paid plans are subject to the limits shown in-product.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe.
  • You may cancel; changes take effect according to your billing period and Stripe terms.
  • Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
  • We may update pricing with advance notice.

7. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your workspace data and content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit that data to provide the Service.

8. AI Features

AI outputs may be inaccurate and must be reviewed by you before use. You are responsible for all decisions and messages sent.

9. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, incidents, or third-party outages may occur.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, abuse, or legal risk. You may stop using the Service at any time.

On termination, access may be removed immediately where required for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

11. Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction specified in your agreement or account terms.
